Dr. Matthew Parrillo PT, DPT is the owner of Dedicated Physical Therapy. He is from Warwick, New York. Dr. Parrillo is a board certified Physical Therapist in both New York and Florida. Dr. Parrillo attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT where he completed the 6 year Doctorate in Physical Therapy program. He's been practicing Physical Therapy since 2010. Dr. Parrillo has experience working in a variety of rehabilitation settings including acute care hospitals, subacute rehab and home care. He is well experienced in treating individuals with orthopedic and post surgical conditions, musculoskeletal and balance disorders, neurological impairments such as strokes, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and patients experiencing generalized decline in mobility due to normal aging. Dr. Parrillo is excited to bring his dedication, knowledge and expertise to each of his patients. His goal is to make a positive impact in your life and enable you to get better and back to your normal activities sooner, safer and with less pain. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, playing golf and softball, and traveling.

Greg Deibert is originally from Gloucester, New Jersey. He graduated from Polk State as a physical therapist assistant in 2014. Greg has experience in acute, inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. He is also the professor of Neurological Rehabilitation at the program from which he graduated from. Greg specializes in neurological rehabilitation including stroke, spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's. He also has extensive knowledge of orthopedics, geriatrics, amputees, vestibular disorders and general therapy practice. As a therapist who is passionate about people, his desire is to improve his patient's quality of life and return them to the independence and safety they desire. Greg is ecstatic to be a part of the Dedicated Physical Therapy family and looks forward to making a positive impact on the community. When he is not working, Greg enjoys a mixture of recreational sports, martial arts, woodworking projects, and of course family time with his wife and three-year-old daughter.
Jamie has been a physical therapist since earning her Master’s degree from University of Indianapolis in 1990 and her career has focused on orthopedic care. After completing her MBA, she founded her own contract company, which served inpatient, outpatient, and home care facilities in the mid-1990’s. Jamie then joined Methodist Occupational Health Care and served the needs of Indiana’s Workers’ Compensation clientele. As a manager at MOHC and later IUHealth Occupational Services, then USHealthWorks, she had oversight responsibility for the PT and OT teams at 9 central Indiana locations. Jamie has performed hundreds of Functional Capacity Evaluations and is an expert in the area of work simulation and helping injured workers return to their optimal level of function. For 2 years, Jamie worked as part of the IUHealth adult outpatient team, helping her patients reach their goals for more active, fulfilling lives. After moving to central Florida in 2020, she has taken these skills into patients’ homes to help them regain their health and mobility.
Areas of Special interest:
Jamie enjoys post-op care for the extremities and spine, brace fitting, and taping to support the body. She has helped close to a dozen women successfully navigate the process of becoming a candidate for breast reduction surgery. Jamie enjoys teaching her patients about posture and desk mechanics. A great day is filled with problem solving with patients to break down the barriers keeping them from reaching their highest level of function.
Jamie is a Certified Ergonomics Specialist, a Certified ErgoScience PWPE Functional Capacity Evaluator, and a Certified Athletic Trainer.
In her spare time, Jamie enjoys traveling around the world to watch her family compete in triathlons. She hopes to go to the World Championships in Abu Dhabi in 2022 and the Paris Olympics in 2024. Her family is her husband Todd and adult children, Drew and Erika.
Karen Ruiz has lived in Osceola County for 2 years. Originally from New Jersey, she found love for physical therapy working for a Wellness Center serving the local community offering Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture and Weight Loss counseling. She graduated from Union County College in 2018 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. From there she went on to work for an outpatient facility specializing in return to sport and geriatric rehabilitation. Since then, she has relocated and continued her work in outpatient rehabilitation and home health working with a variety of conditions including balance and gait training, post stroke, post total hip/total knee replacement, vertigo, chronic pain, and a variety of shoulder injuries. Karen has been working with Dedicated Physical Therapy since December 2021 and has found joy in working with the geriatric population helping them decrease pain, maintain independence, and improve overall quality of life. During her free time, Karen enjoys yoga, traveling and spending time with her family. She is currently working on a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition certification with a Specialization in Senior Fitness to better help the community she serves.
Dr. Julia Connor PT, DPT received her doctorate of physical therapy in 2017 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, graduating with high honors and earning the Stanley V. Paris and Catherine E. Patla Award for Excellence in Manual Therapy.
As a physical therapist, Julia has focused on treating adults with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Her treatment approach is patient-centered, customizing each plan of care to her patient’s specific goals and needs.
Julia has also received specialty training in pelvic health physical therapy in order to help those suffering from urinary and bowel dysfunction and pelvic pain.
Additionally, she earned a Certificate in Comprehensive Vestibular Rehabilitation in order to improve outcomes for patients dealing with dizziness and balance deficits.
Outside of work, Julia loves to spend time with her husband and their 2 young daughters, often going for walks by the lake and swimming at the pool.
